Job Description:
Mandatory Skills:

4. Should have good knowledge regulation related to electricity, factory, Fire and safety.

5. Ability to handle High tension voltage knowledge and regulations
6. Clear and concise writing and communication skills. Practical, flexible and innovative approach to work.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Good knowledge on electrical Panels & able to understand and design the circuit layout on the entire facility and equipment.

  • Able to calculate electrical load, design the SLD for electrical panel/test Setup, Transformer requirement of the facility.

  • Should have hands on experience in study the feeder line / substation capacity & work with Govt. Officials for new installation or enhancing the capacity.

  • Coordinate with process/test engineering & manufacturing team to fulfill the electrical requirement during installation.

  • Good knowledge on MTTF & MTBF calculation and able to optimize it to ensure the maximum availability of facility equipment.

  • Project management and supervising and coordinating the work of contractors. Ensuring the on time completion of projects/task.
    Vendor Negotiation, Preparing Proposal, Deployment, Training, Vendor Management, AMC tracking

  • Manage entire Electrical distribution system of LT Panel, HVAC system, BMS system, UPS, HVAC System, CCTV, sprinkler system and Safety equipment, Inverters, Plumbing.

  • Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing equipment equipment and building maintenance.

  • Should have hands on experience in planning & installation of High voltage & low voltage equipment.

  • Able to study the current electrical & electronics facilities in the plant & decide the requirement of upgrade/preventive maintenance/ refurbishing.

  • Should have knowledge of DG set operation and maintenance, Air compressor operation and maintenance.

  • Should have basic knowledge of Plumbings, fittings, valves, instrumentations (like temperature controllers, pressure controllers, flow controllers etc)

  • Education Qualification B.E. (Electrical)
