Job Details

Associate Account Manager, GumGum Sports at GumGum
New York City, NY, US

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with Rights Holder, Brand, and Agency clients
  • Implement all contractual elements and deliverables
  • Compile and present reports to clients
  • Create and implement strategies to grow and scale revenue and relationships with current clients
  • Create proposals and sales tools to aid in the renewal process
  • Attend client meetings and industry events
  • Maintain and update Salesforce to ensure every prospect/client has complete information about status, strategy, next steps, and timing
  • Coming up with strategy recommendations to inform outreach to prospective clients

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in either the sports industry and/or account management 
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must possess superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be highly motivated and a team player
  • SalesForce, PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills are a must
  • BA/BS degree
  • Familiarity with online advertising terms, social media marketing concepts, and business models
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with SaaS companies is strongly preferred
  • Proven customer-facing skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to figure out how things should work, and to identify patterns and trends
  • Excellent relationship building skills within all levels of organizations up to and including C-suite
