The Bright Health Market Implementation Team is a critical function of Bright's continual growth as it strives to ensure end to end operational readiness for new Care Partnerships and new Product Implementation. This centralized team works quickly and strategically to get our health plan up and running in new markets. As the Market & Care Partner Implementation Manager you will play a vital role in working our local partners to gather input and data while creating loyalty to our plan. You are continuously building relationships internally at Bright Health and externally with our existing Care Partners. As the Market & Care Partner Implementation Manager, you will have the opportunity to be client facing, traveling onsite to our Care Partners to continue to develop a strategic coordination of end-to-end delivery while working collaboratively to make enhancements to our plans. You are the connective thread to our Care Partners and will have a huge hand in scaling out business. We want you to feel empowered to continue to secure the strategic alliances we have built while being a driver to motivate our internal Bright Health teams.


    • Identifying and prioritizing critical integration points and activities to support foundational build within market
    • Driving cross BHP transparency & alignment to support clean implementation and hand offs with Care Partner across all product lines
    • Building centralized implementation/ integration expertise across core functions to drive a scalability of model.
    • Establishing a foundation for local market operations to execute and build upon.
    • Minimizing and effectively managing relationship handoffs from contracting through market launch.
    • Effectively and efficiently working with care partner to minimize care partner lift and track against timeline, deliverable, dependencies, issues, risks 


    • You are deeply motivated to join an organization that places relationships at the center of better healthcare delivery. You enjoy collaboration, problem solving, and are an effective team member. You are a process-oriented and a meticulously organized individual searching for an opportunity to directly contribute Bright Health Plan’s growth. You have 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry and have held project management or business analyst roles in the past. You are a skilled multi-tasker and capable of working on a cross-functional team. You are highly proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, project management tools and ideally process mapping tools. Not only can you document a process, but you can analyze and improve it.
    • Like others on our team, you are humble, mature, and check your ego at the door. You are brave and always challenge the status quo, but respectful and have an open mind. You thrive in collaborative environments, and you are excited to take ownership at an early stage of our company.
