Our Operations team is focused on building and launching the infrastructure necessary to support Bright’s health plans. This work is critical to the company’s success. You will play an important role as a member of Bright’s operational readiness and production management team. You will look across our end-to-end operations, sitting at the center of it all and seek out ways to optimize our work and collaborate to resolve issues. You will manage issues to resolution, conduct user acceptance testing, improve our reporting capabilities, and drive implementation of new services. You will work with internal and external partners to launch our operations in new markets and drive operational excellence in our existing ones.


    • You have 5+ years of healthcare experience, ideally within an operations role where you have interacted with enrollment, premium billing, claims, or member services
    • You have a Bachelor's Degree
    • You have experience working within a cross-functional team
    • Able to dive into technical details, summarize your findings, and make recommendations to leadership
    • You have been responsible for managing large projects, preferably experience with managing a team
    • You are generally familiar with a broad range of healthcare administrative operations, including enrollment, billing, claims, provider, contact center, and technology


    • You are a self-starter and do well with autonomy. Like others on our team, you are humble and mature.
    • You have a strong bias toward action, and always operate with a high degree of urgency.
    • You are brave and always challenge the status quo but are also respectful and have an open mind.
    • You enjoy collaboration, problem solving, and are an effective team member.
