Collective Health is transforming the way people experience healthcare. We believe that quality and accuracy are paramount to ensuring exceptional member and employer experiences, and are the foundation for analytics that change how we deliver and pay for care. To accomplish this, we are reimagining the operational core of health insurance.
Eligibility flows through and impacts every aspect of the Collective Health platform, and we are building out our EDI team. We exchange a high volume of files per day with customers, networks, and partners, and are looking for an EDI Analyst to be responsible for the operation, quality, and scaling of our EDI systems. Through your experiences at Collective Health, you will be a pivotal part of improving the member healthcare experience by building a highly automated EDI management platform.
1-3 years work experience, preferably in an analyst or technical role
Bachelor's degree, technical degree preferred
Knowledge of and experience working with healthcare EDI formats (834, 835, 837, 270/271, 999) strongly preferred but not required
Meticulous attention to detail combined with analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
Strong drive: set and meet aggressive deadlines, work cross-functionally and with partners to identify and solve problems, and prioritize work
Self-starter: must be able to build out processes and create structure with minimal guidance
What You'll Do:
The EDI Analyst will monitor and own the success of daily outbound eligibility file transactions across Collective Health.
Develop and apply deep understanding of all of the file formats ingested and sent by our systems
Investigate and resolve daily exceptions and errors
Work closely with internal teams and 3rd party partners on improving existing integrations and implementing new integrations (defining requirements, running file testing, etc)
Prioritize quality and building for scale – our team is growing fast so you’ll need to be ready for new challenges
Partner with Product Operations, Product, Engineering, and our Operations Associate teams to continuously improve our internal systems and processes
