Senior Analyst - Growth at Evernote
Redwood City, CA, US
Senior Analyst will partner with growth, marketing, and product teams at Evernote to set up and evaluate the performance of optimization campaigns. The senior analyst will communicate actionable insights and will craft dashboards and reports that support business decision-making. Senior analyst will be involved in scoping initiatives by performing data analysis. In addition the senior analyst will partner with the operations teams to implement initiatives and will ensure that event tagging is implemented to track and measure campaign performance.
What you'll do

You will perform data analysis to support decision-making for Evernote software products that use hundreds of millions of notes, web pages, and other types of content.
Partner with cross collaboratively to set up and measure optimization experiments to increase user and revenue growth.
You can extract, manipulate, and transform software product usage data to draw actionable insights.
Design and implement predictive models to improve engagement, conversion, and churn.
You will lead growth, marketing and product organizations in defining critical metrics (Key Performance Indicators) and develop business reports and dashboards.
Lead ongoing decisions concerning data collection, test/study design and data analyses.

What you've done

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Finance, or other quantitative field
4 + Years of experience as a growth, product, or marketing analyst
Experience driving A/B tests from start to finish
Advanced data querying and manipulation (SQL/Hive)
Experience performing predictive modeling/machine learning with R and/or Python
Deep understanding web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for a non-technical audience

What you'll need

Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Driven self-starter with good attention to detail
Willingness to learn new technologies, tools and approaches to problem solving
Excellent communication and presentation skills
