You’ll be part of an international team that is responsible for all aspects of technical support and plays an important role in our project rollout phases. As a subject matter expert, you’ll handle support requests for our project solutions. You’ll coordinate the technical integration of our standard APIs into the merchant’s services. You are a self-reliant person, a team-player and a fast learner with problem solving and communication proficiency. You aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty.
Onboard and support new merchants (including non-standard project based integrations)
Internal escalation contact for technical requests related to carrier APIs
Analyze and interpreting multiple data sources
Support Business Development in the pre-sales phase with technical knowledge & advice
Support the engineering team
Who You Are:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or the equivalent experience (3+ years)
Comfortable in a Linux/Unix environment
Experience integrating with third party web services across a variety of technologies (e.g. REST, SOAP, etc.)
Up-to-date technical knowledge
Excellent SQL skills
Communication skills, both written and verbal
Effective organization and time management
Ability to initiate, prioritize, and complete projects under minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal communication capabilities with all levels of management
Foster the spirit of collaboration across multiple internal teams
Maintains a positive attitude during chaos
Has a passion for making mobile payments the most efficient way to pay!
