Partner with internal and external stakeholders in a rapidly growing environment, work closely with the rest of the People Team in Berlin, to deliver our hiring efforts, and provide detailed analysis and insight into recruiting performance. The role(s) and team as a whole requires a high degree of self-motivation, agility, integrity, tenacity, and the desire to be a proud ambassador of GoEuro. The key to success s to be able to focus and deliver on targets.
There is a single key metric for this team and that is to fill roles with outstanding candidates passionate about the journey we are on.
This will be achieved through:
Defining talent profiles in order to facilitate a strategic, effective and efficient recruiting process
Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from planning & sourcing to candidate assessment and offers
Effectively leverage a variety of innovative recruiting techniques and recruiting resources including referrals, ATS, job boards, social media and the like to attract qualified candidates – targeting both passive and active job seekers
Continually improve on KPIs/metrics & industry benchmarks
Conduct various types of analytics to support the plan and develop creative insights that accelerate business performance and set systems in place to track performance
Evaluate, streamline, and optimize current hiring processes including: sourcing, interviews, events etc.
Effectively support multiple needs & manage against tight hiring deadlines for business-critical roles and effective management of the overall plan
Enable and foster a high-performance target based culture within the recruitment team
Be a significant brand ambassador through involvement and networking in key external business groups to build industry relationships
This will be a team of 3 with cross discipline in recruitment activity.
