As Senior Product Manager of Monetisation at GoEuro you will...
...lead a cross-functional development team on their mission of finding innovative ways to bring more value to to GoEuro and partnerships while still being able to create a delightful user experience for our local customers. Working closely with country managers, business operations, business development and the ad team you would define new opportunities, test and execute them across multiple platforms.
Create and drive the short, medium and long term vision and execution and delivery of our monetisation-focused products and features
Lead a cross-functional scrum team of world-class engineers to deliver like clockwork
Think big. Partner across the business to define and develop a compelling product strategy that optimises monetisation opportunities without sacrificing user experience
Work closely with Designers to dive deep into user experience to make even the most mundane interaction a delightful experience
Continually strive to improve the experience informed by instinct, usability research and data-driven analyses
Work out the short and long-term objectives and oversee roadmap delivery
Help to establish a product development culture
5+ years of experience in a product development role for a high-volume B2C products – including defining product roadmaps and long-term plans
A track record of building the best experience for users while delivering as much value for your organisation and revenue partners as possible
Ability to collaborate cross functionally with engineering, sales, design, and data analytics to ideate, develop, and launch new user-facing features and internal tools
Proven ability to use qualitative insights and data analysis to identify new monetization opportunities.
A storyteller, with experience communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels within organisations, including oral and written presentations, proposals, specifications, and reports
Proven ability to influence decision making at all levels within an organisation, and in a variety of contexts
You have experience with agile development methodology
Fluent in English
