Become an expert in the healthcare space and in Collective Health products
Identify, assess and prioritize employees, employers, and operational feedback, including bug reports
Drive issues to resolution using data and monitor key metrics
Advocate with all relevant teams including Engineering, Design, Operations, Client Success, Legal, etc.
Help to successfully launch products by ensuring supporting all teams to be ready
Represent the product team to internal and external partners, providing outstanding support and relationship building in all interactions
BA/BS degree in Engineering or a technical-related field or equivalent practical experience, Master’s degree is a plus
Self-driven with exceptional organizational and communication skills and ability to work independently
Analytical experience creating strong business cases and reports, experience with Excel (SQL preferred)
Desire to untangle complex, subtle problems
Ability to prioritize among conflicting demands
Passion for product quality and a positive user experience
