Senior People Partner - Primary objective:
Working closely with respective Management Team member(s) to align business and People strategies that drive a performance driven culture, organisational change and optimises leadership capabilities and organisational effectiveness. This position is responsible for supporting senior leadership, managers and employees.
Core Responsibilities:
Build a strong relationship to the key stakeholders as a credible and reliable HR partner that supports the strategic goals and KPI’s with operational excellence and organisational effectiveness
Understand the GoEuro business model and objectives and actively contribute and design the development of both business and People strategies that align with objectives
Implement a strong performance culture within each area of the GoEuro business
Drive informed decision making by using data to identify trends and work with managers and leaders to determine root cause of issues; develop organisational effectiveness solutions
Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers and Recruitment colleagues to develop workforce plans and staffing models that support business objectives and advance the business and functions (talent acquisition, on-boarding, development, succession planning, critical talent analysis, talent movement, career mapping)
Build and manage a strong, scalable HR Operations function backed by a highly efficient infrastructure and HR KPI’s, to deliver smooth and clean support
Successfully drive and implement company-wide programs such as:
performance management,
talent management,
compensation design and salary administration,
recruiting and building a great place to work
workforce planning and change management,
Internal communications
Drive a strong engagement culture within the GoEuro business
Identify and take action on coaching opportunities including the facilitation of individual, team and leadership interventions
Extensive HR generalist or business partner experience with demonstrable experience managing an HR team
Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
Demonstrated competence in organisational development, coaching, compensation, employee relations
Strong knowledge of German employment law
Able to work effectively in fast paced and rapidly changing environments
Flexible and high tolerance for ambiguity
Able to work independently and within a team to achieve results
Strong business acumen, consulting, analysis, project management, communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict management and problem solving skills
