Manager of Client Solutions at Curalate

Curalate is looking for an experienced and passionate manager to provide direction and personal development to our Client Solutions team. You should have a people’s first mentality, and enjoy helping people reach their full potential. We work with some of the most notable brands in the world, where providing the best service and experience possible is a requirement.

  • Develop processes to ensure clients are successfully onboarded and trained throughout their journey with Curalate.
  • Provide personal development and career pathing to your team members.
  • Provide creative strategies to grow existing business and drive platform adoption, tying the Curalate platform to client business objectives
  • Work closely with other leaders within the Client Experience department to define and execute on quarterly OKR’s.
  • Help the team to think creatively to drive platform adoption in order to help clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Become the go-to-person for product expertise and act as the main point of escalation for client issues
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and make recommendations on how we can improve our products and services.

About you:

  • You have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a client-facing position in tech/digital media/startups/SaaS
  • You’ve successfully managed a team and facilitated their career growth and professional development
  • You have a passion for providing an amazing client experience
  • You are extremely process oriented and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to any challenge
  • You are have strong communication skills
  • You’re able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities with ease
