About the Role


Uber is looking to further build out its performance marketing team with a digital media candidate who can own the ins and outs of programmatic display management. The ideal person for this role is someone who loves data and getting into the nitty-gritty details of a media campaign, but also has the confidence to help strategically grow our business. Programmatic is an important component of our media buys and drives considerable business for Uber - the performance marketer will manage large campaigns and will be responsible for ROI and effective executions.




What You’ll Do:
  • Responsible for optimization and execution of programmatic and direct buys
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations across multiple DSPs and partners.
  • Provide critical reporting to stakeholders
  • Consistent testing to optimize ROI, targeting, bid strategies, and creative
  • Work with external agency partners
  • Work cross functionally on projects with ad tech, analytics, creative, finance, legal and many more as and when required


What You’ll Need
  • 3+ years of experience with programmatic buying. (DR campaign experience preferred)
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical and critical reasoning skills required. You adore data, numbers and excel sheets!
  • Experience with day to day programmatic management across multiple DSPs
  • Deep familiarity with digital KPIs: CPA, CPC, CPM, Attribution and LTV.
  • Experience with web analytics such as MixPanel/Google Analytics
  • Experience with Video and Native buying a plus
  • Trading desk experience and use of DMPs a plus
  • Comfort with ambiguity
