About the Role


Every month, hundreds of thousands of drivers and couriers across the US and Canada depend on Uber for a flexible, reliable way to earn money.


Drivers form the backbone of the platform and to help them get the most out of Uber, we’re looking for a marketing manager to set the CRM vision for our Onboarding and Vehicle Solutions marketing program at Uber.


In this role, you’ll be responsible for the quality and impact of Onboarding and Vehicle Solutions communications our drivers receive across email, SMS, and push notifications and in-app messaging. You’ll have the support of a dedicated CRM design, copy, operations, and analytics team and the ability to partner with product and engineering to bring complex, high-impact new campaigns to life in a way that surprises and delights our customers.

What You’ll Do
  • Create the CRM strategy for the Vehicle Solutions program
  • Work closely with our product, operations and business development teams to create strategic marketing campaigns across email, SMS, Push and in app messages
  • Responsible for onboarding new Drivers and providing access to a vehicle for those who need it
  • Establish, report on, and improve KPIs for all driver access and Vehicle Solution communications
  • Collaborate with data science, market research & marketing analytics teams to understand consumer segmentation / behavior & identify consumer insights to leverage in lifecycle marketing

What You’ll Need

  • 5+  years experience in the customer marketing, customer communications, or customer engagement space
  • A record of business results through testing and deploying marketing campaigns across channels
  • Can create data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns end to end
  • Familiarity with CRM technology including ESPs, Segmentation tools, and complex data structures and systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
