About the job:

We are looking for a sharp, highly motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Enterprise and SMB marketing, focused on building a world-class marketing team that works our Enterprise and SMB partners.

 

You and your team will work closely with our restaurant partners to help them build awareness and distinction on the platform. You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Marketing and with external partners on co-marketing campaigns, growth strategy, and marketing initiatives. This is an opportunity for you to lead an all-star team at the center of the Eats business.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the US Enterprise & SMB Restaurant Partners Marketing Team, working cross-functionally to develop and execute against the Enterprise and SMB marketing portfolio strategy
  • Manage the team responsible for leading national and local campaign initiatives from conception to completion, managing budget allocation and owning all key, co-marketing metrics
  • Work closely with our Customer Success teams to manage partner expectations while driving growth and building brand distinction
  • Coordinate senior management communication internally and externally
  • Interface with several cross-functional team (Customer Success Team, Sales, Product Marketing, CRM etc.) to ensure we are bringing all available tools to bear on our toughest problems
  • Attend key, external-facing Quarterly Business Reviews, serving as the Eats Marketing subject matter expert for key Enterprise Partners
  • Build strong relationships with external marketing leadership to educate and influence their marketing efforts to support the partnership; lean into their strengths and ours
  • Set a high bar for the team to think boldly and creatively, communicate frequently and with high quality; then funnel that energy into concrete processes and execution plans
