Office Manager at IFTTT
San Francisco, CA, US

We are looking for an Office Manager who is passionate about creating and maintaining an amazing end to end workplace experience. This individual will help assure employees have access to the information and resources they need to be successful in their roles at IFTTT. This is a great opportunity for an individual who enjoys collaborating cross-functionally and enjoys solving problems creatively.

What you will do:

Own day-to-day employee workplace experience to ensure the office runs smoothly

Maintain our office and arrange necessary repairs, upkeep, safety and office modifications as needed

Manage third party vendors/resources for facility and office support

Partner with accounting for expenses, wire payments, provisioning access to finance accounts & company credit cards

Assist team in welcoming and coordinating logistics for new employees as well as managing off-boarding of exiting employees

Troubleshoot general office and IT issues

Manage procurement, vendors and purchasing for office supplies, food and equipment

Organize team events (i.e., Monthly Mid-Week Mingles, Annual Summer and Winter events)

Facilitate a welcoming environment for new hires by managing swag inventory and new hire desk and computer setup

Anticipate the needs of the team and the office by consistently staying two (or ten!) steps ahead

Build and maintain great relationships with people at all levels, from the cleaning staff to the newest clients

Help visiting team members get setup to work when visiting the San Francisco office

Be the point of contact between IFTTT and building management

What we are looking for:

1 to 2 years Office Manager experience

BS/BA degree preferred

Attention to detail with a passion for efficiency

Ability to continuously evaluate and improve upon existing processes

Service oriented: can-do positive attitude, welcoming, considerate, resourceful & tech-savvy

Proactively resolve time-sensitive issues, demonstrating excellent judgment and problem-solving skills

Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

Experience working in startup environment a plus
