Taiwan Positions - Operations at Sentons
Taipei, TW

Sentons is building a local Taiwan team to support local customers in Taiwan, China, and other parts of Asia. You will work closely with our US Engineering, Operations, and Sales/Marketing teams, and will be a critical part of our company's growth and our customers' success.


We are hiring for the following roles:


- Manufacturing Process Engineer: You will be responsible for working with our OEM customers and their manufacturing teams to ensure the successful integration of our sensing modules in their end products. Must be experienced with manufacturing processes for smartphones and consumer electronics.


- Production & Supply Chain Planner: You will be responsible for managing semiconductor production schedules based on customer forecasts and demand, working closely with outsourced fab & packaging/test house. Prior experience in a similar role at a fabless semiconductor company is a must.


- Order Fulfillment Specialist: You will be responsible for managing the on-time delivery of our semiconductor products to our OEM customers based in Asia, working closely with our 3rd-party logistics (3PL) provider and our Sales/Marketing and Operations teams. Will also be responsible for tracking customer orders and forecasts to build an overall demand plan.



Requirements



  • Four year engineering degree in applicable field

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

  • Ability to work full-time in Taiwan and travel to US (San Jose) as needed

  • Previous experience working for a fabless semiconductor company or sensor/module company

  • Experience working with high-volume consumer electronics OEMs, either as a supplier or internally (smartphone, tablet, PC, etc.)

  • Experience working in globally distributed teams (particularly US and Asia-based teams)
