Our People Team enables Bright Health's success and supports Bright Health Employees. Reporting to the VP, People, as the Office Administrative Assistant you will be a key member of the Bright Health team and will ensure that all of our Brighters are supported in areas related to scheduling, accommodations, travel and materials. You will work on a team of Executive Assistants and Office Managers, and will be key to enabling the work of our employees. 


    • Assist employees across Bright Health with travel and accommodations
    • Serve as the receptionist in the Bright Health Minneapolis office; as such you will ensure that all visitors are attended to and signed in and greeted with a positive can-do attitude
    • Manage the Bright Health phone line and direct all appropriate voicemails to the right employees
    • Maintain the office; stock the fridge and pantry, distribute mail, order food and beverages for our team
    • Manage the conference room calendars; this includes initial scheduling as well as reprioritizing as higher priority needs arise
    • Order and stock supplies; ensure that we have optimal levels of supplies to work effectively
    • Mail and ship items as needed
    • Coordinate team events and functions, including securing reservations and private party rooms, selecting event spaces, coordinating catering, coordinating logistics


    • High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 3-5 years of executive or administrative experience preferred
    • Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
    • Self-motivated and possesses strong ability to anticipate
    • Strong multi-tasking skills
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Highly organized
    • Positive and professional demeanor
