Senior Enterprise Account Associate at Bloom Energy
Sunnyvale, CA, US

Bloom Energy, a solid oxide fuel cell company, is looking for a Sr. Enterprise Account Associate to join its world class team. This individual should be a dynamic professional who is looking for a rewarding future in one of today’s most exciting technologies.

Role and Responsibilities
• Support field sales team in attainment of the territory quota
• Facilitate actions within extended sales team to drive project work streams aligned with closing opportunities and making plan
• Develop, prioritize and help prospect into target account based with direction from Account Executive
• Research target accounts and develop penetration strategy with extended sales team
• Develop and manage an opportunity funnel within the territory sufficient to meet or exceed sales targets
• Map accounts, and build relationships with customer key decision makers and day to day contacts
• Gather and perform data analysis on customer interval data.
• Perform financial modeling and act as the subject matter expert on the virtual deal team for developing project economics and interfacing with the customers finance and sustainability evaluators
• Effectively handle objections and be able to link Bloom value to customer value
• Develop an effective Relationship Building Extras (RBE) strategy and campaign with targeted accounts
• Accountable for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction both within assigned accounts as well as from territory sales team

Skills and Experience:
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• Passion for alternative energy, technology and sustainability
• 6 to 8 years of overall experience with 2-5 years of Enterprise sales experience preferred
• Demonstrated proficient knowledge of complex financial models, energy market variables that underpin customer economic value
• Exhibits strong financial acumen and is an effective multitasker able to work several projects simultaneously
• Able to diagnose, analyze complex issues and data and synthesize to form a recommendation to EAMs and sales leadership.
• Demonstrated success generating and advancing qualified opportunities
• Succinct, highly articulate, proactive & persistent; ability to connect with customers
• Extremely professional in terms of appearance, phone manner, and presentation skills
• Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience using a formalized sales methodology a plus
• Able to grow and adapt as a Sales or Marketing professional as Bloom Energy grows
• “Steady under fire”, and able to make correct decisions and draw correct conclusions with incomplete information in changing situations
• Passionate about our customers, solution, and team
